1. Check the temperature of HGF bearing during rotation. If the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of bearing outer ring, it is more suitable. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature, generally according to the temperature of the bearing outside can be inferred. If the lubrication and installation part are appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormal high temperature will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures should be taken.
2, check the bearing rolling sound situation because the bearing even if there is a slight peel and other damage, will give out abnormal sound and irregular sound, so the use of sound detector can be distinguished, the use of sound detector, the operation of the bearing rolling sound size and sound quality to check, play a preventive role in advance.
3, check the HGF bearing vibration in the working situation from peeling, indentation, rust, crack and wear will reflect in the bearing vibration measurement, such as bearing vibration is very sensitive for bearing damage, therefore, by adopting special bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the size of the vibration, through frequency points cannot deduce the abnormal situation. Since the measured value varies with the use condition of the bearing or the location of the sensor, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured value of each machine in advance to determine its judgment standard.
In general, the temperature of the bearing starts to rise slowly with the operation of the bearing coating removal process and should be 1-2 hours after reaching a stable state. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine.
HGF bearings are required to be fixed in three directions, namely, radial direction, axial direction and tangent direction, whether on the shaft or in the bearing seat. The radial and tangential positioning is achieved by the tight fit of the bearing ring, while the axial positioning is only used in a few cases. Axial limiting parts, such as end cover and retainer, are generally used to limit the axial position within the clearance range.
