52400/52637D Double Row Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings comprise an outer and inner ring with tapered raceways as well as tapered rollers in a window cage.

Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear combined radial and axial loads, mainly radial loads. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, it has larger load capacity and lower limit speed. Tapered roller bearings can withstand axial loads in one direction and limit axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction.

According to the number of rows of rolling elements in the bearing, it is divided into single row, double row and four row tapered roller bearings. The clearance of single-row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation; the clearances of double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings have been set at the factory according to user requirements, and no user adjustment is required.
